by Hisham Riyan
With the dusk’s fading Haze I’ll paint stars dying,
The empty hopeless clouds coping with Tears
Yet thought I, my eyes could feel the cool sears;
Of your tantalizing torture you leave sighing
Awaiting a golden laughter I couldn’t but scar
My budding Valentine, be not I your czar ?
For roses forgotten by Rivers of Blood untold
For by sulking Soliloquy shan’t my flesh, unfold;
Yet by fate fancied, My heaven blighted –
Burning again, of Love unrequited.
